Happy CNY everyone!
Just finished my first reunion dinner with my paternal side. It was steamboat as usual but this time there's chocolate fondue! Anyway I think I have been gorging myself with loads of unhealthy artery clogging belly growing food nowadays. Like 1 week of consecutive fried western food for lunch and chocolates and chips for midnight snacks. Tomorrow's gonna be the 2nd reunion dinner at my maternal side. I can already predict growing another 2 kg after tommorow cause there's most likely going to be loads of my favourite foods like satay and chicken wings for my consumption haha. My tummy's happy. The following week is going to be relaxed! No school cause of Chu 1 to Chu 3 and schools' only on thursday and friday! First half of the CNY week will be spent with family visitations and having fun with the usual cuzzies, while the 2nd half of the CNY week will be spent celebrating with friends! I hope I can collect enough ang bao money this coming week to recover all the financial expenses I'm going to spend this week hahaha. Sometimes I don't really like it when 2 or more things clash on the same day. It sucks for me because I don't wish to hurt any involved parties by pungsehing them whatsoever but at the same time I can't split my body into many many parts and distribute them to the various parts of Singapore but I guess it's better than having nothing at all. This once again shows me that there are so many things that I wish I could have control over but sadly I don't. I haven't tasted a single bit of that cancer inducing bak kua but I guess it will soon be invading my stomach very soon. I need to run 92873895 times around the Earth to burn all that FAT I've gained during CNY. And my OG is having this cool idea if wearing RED together on friday. HAHA, cool or what!? Imagine a group of people wearing RED sitting together in the lecture hall. People confirm think we're attention seeking lowlife creatures HAHA. Btw I'm very glad I have an OG which I can really click with and crap. My body temperature already dropped many degrees celsius below zero just from their lame and cold jokes. And I'm thankful it's not such a super big group like 20 over people because that would be very difficult to bond with every single one of them, which makes the friendship very corporate and general. But all this is because I prayed consistently for the same specific things 2 months before sch starts ok! So prayer actually works! Ok, I need to shuddup now and get my beauty sleep. |

My neck is aching like mad. Must be I woke up on the wrong side of bed. And now it's getting worse, I feel like my head could drop any minute.
Time really FLIES. It's already the 3rd week of school and just when I thought all the festivities are over like XMAS and NYE, there's CNY coming up. Another excuse to binge on the fatty bak kua and sinful CNY delicacies like pineapple tarts. And also the happy collection of hopefully big fat red ang baos with loads of 50 dollar notes stuffed inside hahahaha. Been catching lots of movies since I started school. First movie was on the first day of sch, Ponyo by the sea of the cliff, then it was 7 pounds on wednesday. Then last monday it was Ong bak 2 and just yesterday I watched Red Cliff 2. CNY celebrations are also under planning. Hopefully none of these plans clash but so far so good. My recent visit to Pull and Bear dissapointed me terribly. The clothes have all dissapeared!, leaving all the lousy designs hanging on the rack. What happened to my monster series and my superhero series!?!?!!? To think I wanted to shop for some new tees. Slacked at ken's hse today with the cuzzies, followed by a sumptuous dinner at Thai Village at cineleisure by tagging aunt along haha. I can't believe the entire dinner costs 300+. Well, there's sharks fin, crab noodles, braised seaweed and all the other expensive stuff.....and there's a huge ass shark's fin the vertical length of a human at the front display! Imagine how long and big is the actual shark..... Scary. Ok I think I blabbered enough rubbish for today. Ciao. |

My calculator is my new best friend.
I'm currently slowly drowning in a pool of numbers and numbers and more numbers. Gosh, how I hate accounting and business statistics haha. Well, I was the one who chose this course so I got nothing to complain about haha. Anyway, Business stats is actually quite okie, just don't quite understand the probability crap. Gonna go study at singpost this time again!, I guess uni is really different. IN poly you have tutorials whereby your teacher will go through the questions...but in uni, there's only lectures in SIM and the lecturer does not go through any questions at ALL, maybe only 1 or 2. But there's like over 50 questions in the book so if you don't buy the book and do the questions, you will be left out. Next week's timetable is also going to be quite slack, no school on tues and wed! Gosh, what a waste of time! I hope the next sem won't be so FREE. |

Time to give this blog an update.
First week of school is finally over!!! Woohoo, time really flies man, it's not long ago that I just started my first day of school and now week 1 is already ending. The lessons so far are still manageable and even though it's an entirely new field of subjects for me, I need to put in effort to start studying! Or I will see the freshies next year in the same LT. And of course not forgetting my lovely oishiians whom we chop seats for those who are late and seat together during all the lectures. I guess that's the advantage of having a middle-sized group of friends, easier to bond and keep touch, hope we can get to bond more as the rest of the weeks go by. The year's been good so far fostering new friendships yet maintaining old ones haha. I realised friendship is something very fickle. One year you can be close and the next year you can be like strangers. I have people walk in to my life making me think that they are going to be friends for life only to realise after a while, we have unconciously drifted apart, and it's a sad process to go through but it's part and parcel of life. But at the same time I'm glad I have a staple group of people that is still 'trapped' in my life haha so thank God for these sweet people. Ok, I have no idea why the direction suddenly become so EMO. Anyways, I have NO SCHOOL for the entire week but I'm gonna spend my monday studying with some of the lovely oishians then catching a movie Ong Bak2. Might be studying again on tuesday but it's not confirmed. I need to put in effort into studying!!! That shall be my motto for this 3 years haha. |

I've survived the 3rd day in school!!
Ok, I have to admit that I have not totally absorbed the school lifestyle yet. It's really different from the working world haha, but much BETTER DUH. Ok, this is the first time that I've got class at 8.30 hahaha. Business stats was CONFUSING. All the probability crap makes me very confused today. Argh, need to improve on my logic thinking. MUST GET HIGH DISTINCTION!! Had 2.5 hr break. Went to clementi for lunch with Oishiians and omg, I think I just found thee best FISH AND CHIPS!. The fish batter is sweet and crispy on the outside, but the meat is fluffy on the inside. The fries are normal though. Went to some bookstore afterwards to get some books which is sold cheaper than popular. I didn't buy though, cause dearest alvin is lending them to me. Today we also had the first lesson for accounting. All the terms sounded familiar to me as I've encountered them in Wrist Far East before but the lecturer was seriously wasting alot of time, to be exact, he wasted 1 hr out of the 3 hr allocated for this lecture to do what? GET TO KNOW YOUR NEIGHBOURS MORE. OMG. WHAT A WASTE OF TIME!? We, the oishiians went down to cineleisure thereafter to meet up with joanne first to buy tickets for our movie, 7 POUNDS. Headed to BBQ korean restaurant for dinner, where zhicao and vincent came to join us. Everyone was divided into families ahha, cause we splitted up to buy the family meal. LOADS OF LAUGHTER AND FUN ensued. WE can crap from how the name RED HILL AND QUEENSTOWN originated to people jumping down from buildings haha. Camwhored there too. We had so much fun crapping we forgot abt the movie timing LOL. We entered the theatre late and the movie 7 POUNDS already started. Gosh, I caught no balls in the beginning because we missed the begiining. The pace of the movie was very slow and draggy, and somewhat boring. You'll be TOTALLY LOST if you don't understand what happened at the start. I even slept through the movie halfway haha, but the thought of not wanting to waste the 6 bucks I've spent on the ticket jolted me awake. Slacked at Gloria Jeans cafe where more lame and cold jokes followed. It's SOOO COOL to be a student I tell you. Everywhere there's like student discount and promotions and I only paid 3 bucks for my drink. OMG. Some of the peeps decided to head home while some of us decided to go drinking. We ended up at Kion's regular pub and it was like the other pubs that I've frequented, just that the sound system is TOO LOUD, my eardrums almost burst listening to the people sing like they are opening a concert or something. And the place changed quite alot, there's alot of girls waiting outside the various pubs beckoning people to go in to drink, it wasn't like that last time, so I felt quite uneasy there. Anyway, I learnt a new game, playing BLUFF using DICE. I sucked at it so much but I was damn heng haha, everytime kena caught but I fulfilled the requirements so I didn't have to drink, but even then, I already have been drinking non stop even before we started playing. Overall I had loads of fun with the Oishiians today. They were saying they want to go escape theme park next haha, we shall see =D. Omg, I realised there's closet clubbers in my og. Like people you think is totally guai but they go clubbing every week that kind? so FUN. ok, I don't like to club, but I might get influenced by them since I'm already high playing with all the synthesizer sounds haha. Pics will probably be tagged in facebook so just go there to see if you wanna see pictures HAHA. Class is at 12 tml! SHIOK! Nites peeps |

HAHA. I got so many things I want to say first but I can't decide what to put first so I decided to combine everything.
I missed 1 hrs of LITTLE NONYA/SCHOOL IS SLACCCCCCK/SUAYNESS!!! Ok, I'll start with the suayness. I dunno if it's the excitement of going to school or not because I don't remember being nervous at all, but I woke up with a bad tummy ache, not the kind that makes you want to teleport to the toilet immediately but the kind that is more like wind? The feeling is damn irritating because you can't do anything about it (I tried 3 times!) so I just gotta go to school if not I'll be late. Ultimately I'm still late la, cause the pain was really excruciating by the time I got to Dover MRT so yea...what a start to school right? And the 2nd thing is I realised that I'm not as busy in school as I thought I would be! Cause the timetable shows all the modules but you only have to go to the ones that you're involved in so GUESS WHAT? I'M REALISED I'M DAMN FREE!! Like no school for next week and subsequent weeks only 2 days? And each lesson is only 3 hrs!?!?!? OMG LA, pay so much for WHAT! OK, today's lesson was not bad, quite different from poly in terms of what I studied as I jumped field from IT to business....still can catch balls, must work hard! After school followed the oishiians around school to explore haha, everywhere we go there's FOOD!!! Feel so tempted to grab them. Went to library to walk walk also. After that left the oishiians to go PS TO catch PONYO. OMG I'm quite dissapointed with studio ghibli this time. I was fascinated with Spirited Away and Howl's moving castle but PONYO was just plaing boring. I almost slept many times throughout the show. Ok, I'm supposed to be revising notes for today and tml's lecture but I'm taking a break to blog HAHA. |

Time really flies. It's been not long ago that the year was 2008 and now it's 2009 and not only that, it's already the 4th day of the new year!?!? and the most exciting thing is that school is starting in 1 day's time!?!?!? I'm super not prepared la! I'm so going to go to school empty handed with a empty bag and an empty brain hahaha.
I am addicted to the show I survived a Japanese Gameshow ahha. Must be inspired to watch that after orientation. Too bad it's only 7 episode long but it only bolsters my desire to go Japan for a holiday!!!! ARGH, I need to go there now like how u need to go to the toilet to shit. Lets see what do I need for schoool....hmm. I need new stationery, I need new foolscap paper, I need new clothes....what else? Can't think of any liao. I can't think of anything to blog liao haha. MENTAL BLOG. Ciao. |

HAPPY NEW YEAR! to whoever is reading.
I had FUN ushering in the new year. This time the venue is at vince's house. OMG I tell you his house is like a rehab center! It's full of entertainment stuff like wii, pool table that can be converted into a table tennis table, massage chair somemore! The wii is so addictive! I adore the tennis game, the fitness game and all the other games!! And I played table tennis while ushering in the new year la, totally forgot when the clock struck 12. That's about it, festivities doesn't really make a difference to me, it's just another normal day, not that the sky is going to change colour or what, just that it's another excuse for me to party the night away~ Okie, time for reflections of 2008. I swear I'm never going to make any more new year resolutions because I forever never get to keep them. Anyway, this year is pretty boring for me because the first half of the year was spent in the army, and the second half of the year is spent working. HAHA, I know that's like uber sian way of spending the year but nevetheless I still had great fun with great company throughout this year, it made my life more colourful =D I also grew a year older and that made me feel kinda sad, because it means I'm one more step closer to step into the working world and that's where all the fun in life ends. Although I still have 3 years in UNI but that's like my last chance to enjoy student life, which makes me feel envious of friends who are younger than me who like still have many opportunities ahead of them to make new friends and enjoy the times. Nevertheless, I still want to thank the people who have stepped into my life this year, mainly the closer peeps from the army. Strangely, I'm not close to them when I'm in the unit due to the political environment I guess but after ORD, I seem to grow closer to them haha. Really thankful to God for blessing me with these new friends because in the army, it's not really easy to make friends because of the political nature when everyone just want to push away work and slack, or want to be excused from physical exercises which will irritate other people who have to go through the exercises etc etc. Let's take these friendships to another level shall we? =D Also want to thank the CG this year for their company. Ever since I came to church I seem to take the CG for granted, in terms of personal relationships. That's because I believe that the common mentality that people have is that since I get to see the CG every weekend, why should I choose to hang around the CG when at the same time I have the chance to hang around with other friends whom I don't have the opportunity to see every weekend? But this year I chose to take on a different mentality and decided to spend more time with the cg, thus I want to thank those people whom I've grew closer with this year I'm not going to name them cause I'm lazy haha but really my heartfelt appreciation for all of you!! 5 years of friendship and still counting. Yup, it's my poly friends. It's amazing how well we can click and all the lame jokes and stuff, and to keep that going for 5 years? I tell you it's just plain AMAZING. Haha. I don't really have to say anything here because there's really nothing much to say about these wonderful peeps. Everything's telephatically understoood man. Looking ahead for more great fun with these great peeps!! Ok now on to the more personal friendships I've made...in no order of preference MAX: I'm known you since like seconday school! haha, strangely, we were never in the same class but we clicked so well, like a real brother. Thanks for all the concern you showed me when I was down and sorry for the times where I didn't behave like a good friend to you. I really appreciate your effort into keeping this friendship alive and I will do my part too! so Thanks! Hanxian: Another bugger from seconday school I know, actually this one dates even more backwards, like primary school haha. This one I also dunno what to say HAHAHAHA, sometimes make me angry sometimes make me irritated hahahaha. How come nothing good one ah? NO la, in fact he's a nice person la, and I also never behave as a good friend to HAHA, but I think he rather someone else treat him as a good friend hor? SHER: Haha, I also didn't expect to grow closer to you as a friend. I guess cause we are both emo freaks and we have to see each other everyday while during our working days. But frankly I dunno why but I feel that I can share with you my problems and emo issues unlike other people whom I've known longer. Perhaps because we are kinda in the same boat in terms of our thinking hahahaha. I realised that we have alot in common too! like alternative music and tennis. Thanks for introducing to me the job and do you want a treat for that? hahahaha, also for making my life in WRIST alot more enjoyable then it would have been!. Cheers to our friendship! ALVIN: Hahah, another good friend I've made this year. Strangely enough, I never thought that I would be close to him. I was quite shocked when he first game to church, cause in poly he was like antichrist behaviour so I thought he was definietly not potential to be a christian. BUt after knowing him more, he's actually a very nice person! Haha, we can talk about almost anything under the sky and thanks for offering advice to me when I asked haha. You are like my consultant but that's good because I always felt that you are a wise and streetsmart person. SEAN: OMG I GOT ALOT OF CENSORED STUFF I WANT TO SAY TO YOU BUT I CAN'T CAUSE THIS BLOG IS PUBLIC!. Ok, what to say leh, u are my shopping + gossip + fashion + bitching + MANY MORE SLUTTY ACTS sidekick. Haha, we can bitch about anyting from the toilet seat to tissue paper even to how the rich tai tais in church strut around in their chanel! HAHA. You are damn fun and please dun er hem too much hor. Ok, my msn is damn disoragnised now adding all the peeps from OISHII! School's going to start in 5 days and I'm looking FOOOOORWARD!!!! OISHII!!! let's meet up for school man. |
